The filter is a lightweight and robust shelled oil suction filter composed of aluminum alloy shell, filter element, bypass valve and visual transmitter and electric transmitter, which is installed vertically on the pipeline outside the tank, does not affect the layout of the pipeline, and the size of the tank is not limited by the filter. 1. With visual transmitter: When the filter element is gradually blocked by pollutants, the red signal ring in the visual transmitter observation window slowly rises, and when the red signal ring rises to a high position (the observation window is completely red), it indicates that the filter element has been blocked by pollutants to the extent that it needs to be cleaned or replaced. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, press the reset button to slide the red signal ring. 2. Charged transmitter: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants to the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is -0.018Mpa, the micro switch in the transmitter sends out a switch signal to indicate that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced, so that it cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, and the bypass valve set in the filter will automatically open 3. With bypass valve: but when the filter element is blocked by pollutants to the oil outlet pressure (vacuum degree -0.02Mpa), the bypass valve will automatically open to avoid failures such as suction of the oil pump.
