Working principle of electric brush Y-type self-cleaning filter: Electric brush type Y-type self-cleaning filter raw water flows from the water inlet, enters the inside of the filter cartridge, and then passes through the filter barrel from the inside out, impurities are intercepted on the inner wall of the filter cartridge, the filtered clean water flows out of the water outlet, when the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cartridge accumulate more and more, the filter cake is formed on the inner surface of the filter cartridge, and the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter cartridge is gradually formed, when the pressure difference (or timing) reaches the preset value, the self-cleaning process will be initiated. The self-cleaning process of the filter is completed by the cleaning brush and the sewage valve that move along the inner surface of the filter cartridge, the open sewage valve makes the blocked filter cartridge form a negative pressure, and the filter cake attached to the inner wall of the filter cartridge is cleaned and swept down by the cleaning brush due to the negative pressure relationship through the sewage valve discharged from the body. The entire cleaning process takes about 30 seconds, and the system flows continuously during cleaning.
