Solenoid valve use failure analysis

1. The solenoid valve does not work normally after being energized

Check the power supply wiring for bad links→ rewiring and connector connections,

Check whether the power supply voltage is within the ± operating range - → adjust to the normal position range,

whether the coil is desoldered → re-welded,

Coil short circuit → replacement coil,

whether the working differential pressure is not suitable→ adjust the differential pressure → or replace the corresponding solenoid valve,

If the fluid temperature is too high→ replace the appropriate solenoid valve,

Impurities make the main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve stuck→ clean, if there is seal damage, the seal should be replaced and the filter should be installed,

The viscosity of the liquid is too high and the frequency is too high and the life has reached → replace the product.

2. The solenoid valve cannot be closed

The seal of the main spool or iron core is damaged→ replace the seal,

Whether the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high→ replace the corresponding solenoid valve,

Impurities enter the solenoid valve core or moving iron core → for cleaning,

Spring life has reached the end of → or deformation  replaced,

The throttle balance hole is blocked→ cleaned in time,

The working frequency is too high or the life has reached → to change the product or update the product.


3. Other situations of solenoid valves

Internal leakage→ check whether the seal is damaged, whether the spring is poorly assembled,

External leakage→ loose connection or broken seal→ tighten the screw or replace the seal,

There is noise when the power is on→ the sturdy parts on the head are loose and tightened. Voltage fluctuations are not within the allowable range, adjust the voltage. Impurities or unevenness of the iron core suction surface, clean in time.
